Once we’re officially underway, I manage the entire planning process on your behalf: budget development, aesthetic direction, custom design concepts, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiation. You’ll also get curated vendor recommendations from my trusted network — both local and international — and I join you for walkthroughs, tastings, consultations, and key milestone meetings.

Our Three Month Coordination is perfect for couples who feel confident planning on their own but want a professional to step in, tie everything together, and run the day seamlessly. It’s a true “beyond month-of” experience — because so much of a smooth wedding day comes from starting early, getting aligned, and giving every detail the attention it deserves.
Three months before your wedding, we officially join your team. From there, we’ll have three focused planning sessions where we dive into everything you’ve built so far. We’ll review all vendor contracts, identify any missing pieces, confirm logistics, and make sure nothing has been overlooked. Together, we’ll create a detailed timeline and floor plan that maps out exactly how the day will flow — from the big moments to the tiniest transitions.
A venue walkthrough is included between 30–60 days out, giving us the chance to walk the space together, confirm layout details, and talk through logistics in real time.
Once we’re within the final month, we take over communication with your vendor team so you can breathe and enjoy the home stretch. We confirm arrival times, finalize details, and distribute the full timeline and layout to every vendor involved.
On the wedding day, my team and I oversee vendor arrivals, styling, setup, guest experience, transitions, cueing, and tear-down logistics — so you don’t have to think about anything other than soaking up every single moment.
